e-Grahak is a system for any common citizen to enable him to lodge a informant in case a bill is not issued by any dealer in Karnataka.
The citizen has to just send a brief SMS to the specified numbers: 9164888888 or 9164777777.
The informant would get an acknowledgement on registration of his/her information.
After this the Control Room established in the CTD would get in touch with informant and obtain all further details.
CTD would take action on the defaulting dealer based on the authenticity of the information furnished.
The informant can track all the action initiated by department by using the acknowledgement number.
This screen is to facilitate the informant to check the progress of action initiated against the defaulting dealer.
